Despite it being an expensive trip, there were a couple of things that I know will stick with me forever. the proximity to the town centre and nearby landmarks was unbeatable. We didn't need to spend much time in taxis or buses to get anywhere, which was a real win. When we first arrived, the staff were also super friendly, which made us feel welcome straight away.
Though, the negatives far outweighed the positives. The lack of cleanliness in the room really let the hotel down, and it was clear that the housekeeping team weren't on top of things.

The location of the hotel was convenient. It was near some restaurants and shops. the room was big enough, but unfortunately, it wasn't very clean. the bathroom was small and basic. the breakfast was not included in the rate, which was disappointing. the hotel had a nice pool and a gym, which were a plus.
The service was not good. the staff was not friendly or helpful.

the location of the hotel is almost ideal as it is nearby the city center making it easy to travel around. the staff was friendly and welcoming.
the value for money was poor with no breakfast offered and high rates for 3-star hotel.
